Our Music Vision
Children are naturally very expressive, and here at Park Hill we strive to teach children how to express themselves in a way that brings happiness to themselves and others. We aim to boost a child’s self-esteem by equipping them with the tools they need to become resilient and confident musical performers, whether that is with an instrument or with their voice. We wish to provide them opportunities to be creative and sociable through music, working individually and in groups, and educate them about music from different cultures and around the world.
Music at Park Hill
At Park Hill we use 'Charanga' - this is a music education and technology company based in the UK. They've developed an online platform that provides teachers and students with the help and resources they need to achieve their musical ambitions. At Park Hill we believe that every child should enjoy every minute of their music education. We’re passionate about children’s music learning and its potential to help them grow up as kind, curious, and open-minded young people, who are sensitive and knowledgeable about music and the arts.
Who are Coventry Music Service?

Children at Park Hill have the opportunity, if they wish, to have private music lessons within school through Coventry Music Service.
From Spring Term 2023, we will also be using Coventry Music Service to provide music lessons for children within school, giving them the opportunity and exposure to a new instrument.
