Big Battery Hunt Update ♻️ 

Park Hill have managed to collect an absolutely massive 23182 batteries!! Wow, so many batteries saved from landfill or waste to energy plants and recycled in the correct way! 

The biggest collectors will get a little treat in next weeks assembly and everyone who donated will receive a certificate 

Hopefully this has raised awareness of the importance of recycling batteries properly. Please continue to recycle these correctly, taking them to your nearest recycling point, which can be found on the Recycle Now website. 

A massive thank you to the Eco Ambassadors, children in my class and staff who have helped me count and move such significant amount of batteries ❤️
